On July 12, 2012 the City of Yuba City hosted local property owners and contractors for an educational event to promote the Figtree PACE program and greener living.  Attendees learned the many benefits of energy upgrades and how to easily obtain upfront financing through the Figtree PACE program.

Following the workshop, members of the commercial property brokerage community enjoyed a luncheon at which Joe Flores, a Vice President at Figtree Energy Resource Company, delivered the keynote address.

Figtree kindly thanks Yuba City for their hospitality and extends thanks to all who participated in this event.

In March, the City of Redlands, California approved the Figtree PACE energy upgrade financing program to provide upfront capital to local property owners who want to save energy and, therefore, money on utility bills.

Mayor Pete Aguilar of the City of Redlands says of the PACE program, “Its good for our local economy, and it’s good for our sustainability practices.”
