Resolution A: County or City must join CEDA.

If your city or county is not already a member of CEDA, you must pass an Associate Membership Resolution and Agreement to become a member of CEDA.

Resolution B: Pass a Resolution Authorizing CEDA to Conduct Assessment District Proceedings.

This authorizes CEDA to include properties within your county or city in the assessment district proceedings for Figtree PACE. In order to make PACE financing available (i.e. levy a voluntary assessment against properties within your jurisdiction), the applicable city council or county board of supervisors must pass the Resolution Authorizing CEDA to Conduct Assessment District Proceedings.

Resolution C: Pass a Resolution of Consent to "opt-in" to your county's PACE program.

The Resolution of Consent is passed at the city council level to allow properties within the incorporated city boundaries participate in an existing county program. This streamlined procedure eliminates the need for individual cities to conduct assessment district proceedings.
